Current relations between the West and Russia are tensed. One of the recent manifestations of these tensions has been added by NATO Summit in Warsaw in July 2016. This forum proclaimed that Russia and NATO are not strategic partners anymore. But is that right? Did both the West and Russia loose ground and necessity for interaction in the international security field?
